Music Video Shoot- Summary

Wow! That was an amazing experience. Whirlwind travel and all day non-stop working for 2 days then back to Boston normally sounds like torture, but it couldn't have been more fun and stress free!

First of all, Turks and Caicos is what I now refer to as "Magic Island." The beauty is indescribable... literally magical. I have been to a lot of beaches and amazing locations, but this place surpasses them all.

Secondly, the people I was working with were stellar on all levels. Vassili Shields, the very talented director, was a complete joy to work with. From the first talks of which song, concept and location to the actual 14 hour day of shooting we saw eye to eye on everything. I can't wait to share the final product as I know he will make it something beautiful that I can personally treasure forever. Kym Murray, the AD, was so organized and relaxed while being on top of every detail the entire trip. She and Vassili are also two of the most fun people to hang out with, we laughed so much my stomach hurt. After the shoot wrapped we hit the island for a celebration night that will not soon be forgotten.

My hair and makeup team consisted of Brigitte Wildt and Ann Clift-Northcote, of Turks and Caicos, who were so organized and on top of it that every transition was smooth. I loved working with them both! Of course, I did my own wardrobe styling, so I can't complain about the stylist! :) Thank you again to those who I worked with, it was a joy!
